RE/MAX University offers live & web-based training, learning tracks, and designation/certification courses. RE/MAX also offers live technical support by phone, text, e-mail or online chat. In addition, RE/MAX Excels offers monthly Agent Tech Support Hours for one on one support for all of your tech questions.
What can RE/MAX Excels do for you?
Our Dedicated Staff is here 6 days a week, ready to support our agents! Commission checks are always issued the day of closing. Our staff handles all contracts and earnest money, ensures all paperwork and forms are completed, and sends out client settlement statements.
Our office holds Monthly Meetings to keep our agents updated & informed about current real estate topics and technology to implement in their businesses.
Mananging Broker Support
Our Managing Broker/Owner Hank Erwin and Owner Paulette Peiffer are available to answer questions and support our agents.
Our Agents are known for their experience (24 yrs on average) and productivity. Using that experience and knowledge to support each other is standard in our office.
Technology Support Team
Our dedicated tech support team, Brian and Diane Cole of Brian Cole & Associates, Inc., provides training and technology support for all RE/MAX tech tools. We provide New Agent Training & Onboarding, Tech Training Classes, and Monthly Tech Support Hours for our agents and staff.
Our office has an On-site Attorney to assist our agents. Tom Rigby, and his team at The Real Estate Law Firm, is available to help with all your real estate legal questions and services.
