When I told her what I could afford and the places I preferred, I received an e-mail a few minutes later listing all the houses that fit our budget. What I mean is that he knows as a seller, you might have unrealistic expectations for what your home is worth. He recognizes pride of ownership but brings practical knowledge of the market to help you meet market expectations and help the seller understand why he suggests the listing price. He can also help you realize better bang for your buck. For example, he might not only tell you that you need paint, carpet, or tile, but also has people in those trades that trusts him enough to offer their services with very good terms for the seller so that everyone is satisfied. I would suggest to anyone selling a property to talk to Dale.
